Ooooh that's great. I thought they might be as the fat was lowish for lamb. It is so hard to come by lamb here, so I snapped them up.

The ones in Aldi are lovely £4.99 for 2 lamb shanks 3 1/2 syns each. You get loads of gravy and they are even nice microwaved!
