I wonder how quark and garlic with bacon would do? Let the experimenting begin

This would all work well as I stuff jacket potatoes with onions mushrooms garlic and quarks. So stuffing a mushroom instead would be no different. Maybe fry the onions garlic and bacon to start then mix in the quark stick it all on the mushroom and bang it in the oven :0) yum
