If it helps, I lost 2 stone on Atkins, then 5ish stone in 6 months on Cambridge about 4 years ago. Then almost 1 stone in a month on Cambridge this time last year, though that wasnt sole source it was plus, then another stone in about 3 months of very very casual low carb directly after. So it is possible to lose in other ways after a vlcd - I think though that any diet gives better losses if you come to it after a few months of eating rubbish, as I did over Xmas, rather than switching from one to another. Unfortunately obviously that's not really possible when you want to continue losing weight.
I have a feeling that if you stay clean and green, in a couple of weeks your body will be more adjusted to this way of losing.
