so i joined group finally on thursday nte and im extremely determined, this weight must cum off once and for all!so here goes my food diary from fri onwards..

breakfast - bacon,egg,beans,tomato&2 slices nimble (hexb)
snack - strawberries n grapes
lunch - chicken n mushroom pasta n sauce, shape zero yoghurt, apple & blackberries
snack - banana & orange
dinner - 2 baked potatoes with bacon & 28g cheese with lettuce,peppers,red onion,cucumber,tomato & free dip made with fat free fromage frais, chillies & coriander(hexa)
snack - sw chips with tomato & egg
quavers & curly wurly - 10.5 syns

lunch - slimming world chips with cherry tomatoes,red onion,mixed peppers & mixed chillies roasted in oven with 28g cheddar & 2 tbsp ex light mayo (hexa & 1.5 syn)
dinner - slimming world chips (AGAIN!LOL) with tomatoes & red onion seasoned with chilli n garlic
snack - pom bear crisps & foxs triple - 9.5 syns
