well in that case you would hate to see the passengers seat in my car!! cd's everywhere

:D Not good in a crash, and i have seen the aftermath of a few in my time, they are razor sharp and slice into allsorts in an accident :(

well thanks for the tip ;) will keep them in the armrest in future!!

:D Anytime, they have been known to puncture airbags as they deploy, making them useless, mine are all in the door, or the tray under my seat :p

erm yes!!!

well i would have never thought of that!! see my problem is i keep flicking and can never find a good song thats why i have them all out!!!

:D thats why they invented the Cd changer, i just put 5 cds in and listen to whatever i want :p OOh and i still win ;)

:D No you dont, there is only one winner on here and that is me :king2:, my crown is bigger than your crown, ner ner !!! :p

Evening everyone

Hi Julie

Yes i'm on LT

Yes i'm on LT

I did 11 weeks on it then got fed up as the chemist started to use their assistant who had the attitiude of "why don't you just eat less and exercise" so I after a couple of weeks got grumpy with her attitude and decided to try CD instead - last week was my first one and my worst ever!! Nothing to do with the diet I might add :)

Yeah i'm not feeling gd at the mo. The first week was hard bcos of the hungar pangs but now i jus feel blah and the smell of food makes me want to throw up. Dunno wht that's all about. Hpe to get past it
What's CD like compared to LT?

I've found it tastes much more like satisfying food - so the shakes are creamy and you look forward to them - they do about 12 flavours although I'm boring and stick to vanilla, choc and choc orange. The soup is ok but I'm not heavily into soup and it feels like effort to make it but the best is they make choc bars which take me an age to eat but feel like a real treat. The cost is roughly the same (I was paying £36 for LT and now pay £37 for CD. For me the best part is the lady I visit has lost 13 stone ( and maintained it for 3 years) so has a very real understanding of losing weight and i find just a breif chat with her spurs me on -unlike the chemist where I felt criticised for being fat.
If LT works, and is convenient for you stay with it but if not i'd actually recommend CD as it is a lot easier for me as I work shifts.
Phew big answer but good luck in your weight loss - I've lost 44lb in 11 weeks which included 2 weeks off when I went to France so something is working !

WOW 44lbs in 11 wks! that's jus over 3 stones
LT is ok and seems to be working, so i'l probably stay with it
I do like the idea of porridge and the more choice of food. But i dont want to keep choppin & changing
