Smoking is not good for you ladies, i gave up 5 years ago, at 37, and i feel as fit now as i did when i was in the Army in the 80s

It dropped off like nobodies business when i was on LL i was losing either 7-8lbs a week my first week i lost 13

lol i have started well i bought one dress that i fell in love with in a "skinny" person shop so went ahead and bought it! I can see myself getting into money troubles when i lose this weight! lol crivvens ill be buying the shop!
