Our local butcher does a syn free sausage as well, they are a bit dry but ok, at the end of day it's supply and demand! The local Indian does Sw curries too!

I couldn't wait anymore, the suspense was killing me, so this week's official weigh in is 4.5 off, I am so chuffed to bits with that as it means I am now past the one stone mark!

. That was 2 weeks ago, but I'm pleased to say I'm still focused and on track. I think the key is planning and I'm still continuing to keep a food diary, which I think is very important.
