I just use a ww tortilla wrap (1.5pts), I make a tomato based sauce using passatta, clove garlic, dried basil, dried oregano, seasoning, chilli flakes, I usually do a chicken and sweetcorn or ham and onion topping so point accordingly. I then top with Healthy Living cheddar cheese (1pt).
Lasagne is a recipe I made up myself, tastes delicious and I usually make it in a 2lb loaf tin which is big enough to make two portions:
150g HL Mince (3.5)
1 Onion
1 Pepper
1 Chilli
1 Clove garlic crushed
150ml beef stock
150ml passatta
Seasoning
2tbsp Tomato Puree
60g WW Creme Fraiche (1)
2 Sheets Lasagne (2)
30g Grated Cheese (1.5)
Brown mince, add onion, pepper, chili, garlic, seasoning until and fry till soft, add passatta, beef stock, tomato puree and creme fraiche and cook for 5 mins till all blended together. Layer in loaf tin and top with cheese. Pop in oven till cooked through and cheese is melted.
