Lateral thigh trainer

hiya i've just bought a lateral thigh trainer cheap off my mate, i actually swapped it for a microwave i had spare
its not got the exercise DVD with it, has anybody got a LTT that has the dvd and is happy to do me a copy of the disc and send it to me
i'm willing to pay!!!!

I have an ADBO machine got off one of the Sky channels - it is one that you sit on - any help?

it just says that its a lateral thigh trainer
you stand on it
mate bought it on sky channel but can't find the exercise bit lol

it got a woman called brenda on the site for it but they stopped making it now
