well I have been off the rails for a good 3 weeks. Ive eaten out so many times recently and when Im not eating out Im eating total crap at home and so much! Lots of drinking too and it has really taken its toll. At about 16 stone 12-13 atm.
Been trying the whole time to get back into the swing of things and get back into the gym but I just have no motivation and I dont want any food or to be around it so Im just making bad choices
Today is the first day Ive properly tried to get back on it. Ive eat about 1650 cals when I was aiming for 1500, so not ideal but I bet I was eating 2500-3000 before so it is hard to get back to normal. Plan is to get back to the gym tmrw and just try keep to the calorie limit. Hopefully my motivation will come flooding back to me? I don't want to be fat anymore - that should be enough! I miss loosing weight - that should be enough too! lol
