Laura's bit of everything diet!

well I have been off the rails for a good 3 weeks. Ive eaten out so many times recently and when Im not eating out Im eating total crap at home and so much! Lots of drinking too and it has really taken its toll. At about 16 stone 12-13 atm.

Been trying the whole time to get back into the swing of things and get back into the gym but I just have no motivation and I dont want any food or to be around it so Im just making bad choices :(

Today is the first day Ive properly tried to get back on it. Ive eat about 1650 cals when I was aiming for 1500, so not ideal but I bet I was eating 2500-3000 before so it is hard to get back to normal. Plan is to get back to the gym tmrw and just try keep to the calorie limit. Hopefully my motivation will come flooding back to me? I don't want to be fat anymore - that should be enough! I miss loosing weight - that should be enough too! lol

so jealous you go to the gym i usually just work out in my room when i can be arsed
its sooo hard to be good when eating out etc cause i looove eating out places and just get tempted by what i fancy instead of what i should have

Yeah I guess its just difficult cos its my first real slip up since I started in January and that has coincided with no motivation, the end of uni and a new relationship lol all throwing up various problems.

It was a lot easier to diet when I wasn't doing anything and going anywhere and constantly on my own lol but don't want to be a weirdo infront of the boy and also dont want to miss out on all the exciting things Im being invited to! Really need to find a balance.

anyway, down half a pound which is a good start- going to set a little target of loosing 10lbs by the 24th July cos 16 stone 3 would feel awesome and it is a nice little number!

off to swim now! I do workout in my room too - with my kettlebell. Can't say I prefer at home or the gym - depends what mood Im in! I do think you can do just a good a job at home tho!
 
i know what its like
when i first started going out with my bf and the majority of the time i have been with him i would just munch alll the time
especially since he is an awesome cook and we would just sit and make lasagne and watch movies and just veg out

good idea to set yourself the goal
i feel its always better to work toward something and then think of something you can reward yourself with when you get there
and think about how awesome it will be to be that weight

havent completely decided on my goal
i think its a half stone in a month or a stone by my birthday - august 18th
but dunno lol
 
ahhh birthdays are always a good date to work to! mines not til sept tho so a bit far yet.

So I weighed in yest and was 16 stone 12 which is -1lb for the weigh in but considering I was only dieting from monday that really is something to be happy with lol

this morning tho I am showing 16 stone 9 lol nice to see but annoying knowing that going out this fri and sat will mess it up and Ill be back up again by next weeks weigh in! eugh!
 
How was last night? I am actually dying right now. lol So drunk last night, haven't been like that in a very long time, paying for it today lol

Hey hun nice to see your still doing so well even after going off the rails abit :)

How are you doing now getting back in to the routine of things? Hope your enjoying the summer and remember dont be so hard on your self you have done brillantly and theres still so much of this year left that by christmas we will look back and see just how far we have got and how amazing and beautiful we are :D

Ladies! It has been so long but I am back on track!

I have spent about 3 months in beautiful maintenance, which is a miracle in itself as I never thought it were possible!

About a month ago I want to kick start the weightloss again - been hovering around 16stone 10 -13 So I thought I'd get back in the gym, I'm in week four of C25K training, loving running and working hard. Foodwise I am eating 1500 cals a day apart from when I am out at events/socialising- which seems a lot recently! now weighing 16 stone 8, so about -5lbs down but the biggest changes Ive noticed are in inches! woop! tummy is tighter, belly button is lifted up, under bust measurement seems to shrink daily lol So although the loss isn't that high, the difference in my clothes is making me very happy.

got lots of new goals, I wanted to be 16 stone 7 by friday which is my graduation - not sure I'll make that but we'll see! Then I have a wedding in 25 days, I would love to be 16 stone 4 and lastly I have just booked a holiday with the boy, not til march 3rd but I would love to be well into the 14s (taking into account xmas, eeek!)

Would love to hear from old people and new, looking forward to kickstarting the weightloss all over again!

Well I've been a bit MIA but back on it today.

New job is going so well. Been learning to run off and on and have just maintained my weight for a good couple of months but now I am settled and it is jan after all! It is time to make a dent in the weight loss again!

Back on celeb slim today. Off to cuba in exactly 2 months so a nice deadline. Lets see what I can do!

I'm calorie counting with MFP :) I'd lost 2 and a half stone in 11 weeks but had some "time off" over Xmas and gained 3lb but weighed again this morning and 2lb is gone following a detox day! We're similar weights so we can keep plodding on together this year! Happy 2014 x
 
Oh brill. I calorie count most of the time. Just doing celeb slim for a bit cos I need to do something different and apply a bit more focus. That's an excellent loss for such a short period. How many cals you eating? Do you have a diary? X
