Don't worry about doing stuff now Sarah rest while you have the notion too, you'll more than likely have a few nesting spurts and get plenty done then. I just have this stupid energy I can't get rid of.
I got to 35+5 with my son and 36 with my daughter but both were presenting much younger with premature problems. Fingers crossed this one will come home the day I leave the hospital. Thanks Sarah and Frances. Time is flying by now. Still feeling very aggitated, can't seem to sit for long and I'm very flushed now too, my cheeks, arms, chest and back are rosy red. Another lovely symptom of the steroid I think. I've read on Dr Google that all these symptoms should disappear within 48 hours so fingers crossed. Otherwise feeling grand and its good to have a bit of pep to get extra work done. This morning I've washed the curtains in the sitting room and dinning area, ironed a few things, stripped my bed and started the wash (even though hubby decided he wanted to stay in our bed last night, meant I had to get up though once the tossing and turning started getting too much , would have rathered lay in bed and read magazines), made porridge on the hob for the kids instead of microwave, cleaned kitchen and its spottless, lite fire, dusted sitting room and family room, had a shower and ate breakfast. I'm all done now I think so just catching up on here before taking DS to parent and toddlers. Food the last few days have been fine. I seem to be drawn to couscous with roasted vegs and salmon/falafels/dim sum and stuff like that....basically mezze type things, so I've been going with that. I'm not fused on bars and stuff as last while but have been enjoying ready salted chrisps and the odd can of real coke. Not really snacking alot lately either and just really eating 4 small meals in a day. Might get a take away tomorrow though, I'm thinking pizza now but that could change by the time we go to get it. There is a new turkish/indian take away open in town so might go for something from there instead mmmm yummy. HOpe everyone else has a great Friday and don't work too hard xx
Ah, so hopefully these steroid jags will mean that even if you are prem baby should be more developed than your first two & so baby should come home earlier....I think I'm finally getting if!! I'm really very dim when it comes to pregnancy & babies!!
You have been busy this morning, makes me feel very idle!
Happy 28 weeks
Hey hey, hope everyone is great. I had a grand weekend. After not sleeping for that few days I hit the wall on Friday evening, went to bed at 10ish and didn't waken till 8a.m. Had the best sleep. Didn't do much then on Saturday, just a bit of shopping for a Christening this weekend and my nephews birthday. Then my mom rang and told me and hubby to go out and have a nice meal and she'd watch the kids. So we went out last night for a nice meal. I skipped the starter, had a rump steak (ate about 2/3) with yummy mushrooms and a handful of garlic potatoes. Was yummy. Was nice to be out just the two of us. Went to bed then around midnight, up to pee 3 FECKING TIMES during the night. Today had a nice lay on and then went to a family birthday party. Had a lovely day. Sat now watching crappy tv and chilling.
Baby is doing lots of flipping about today in there. Must be re-arranging furniture or something lol. It was really really quiet the two days I was hyper after the steroids, I was getting really worried, but then yesterday it was hyper so I'm happy again.
Off now to read up on other diaries x
It was sleeping while mummy was on a mad one... Lol
Nice if yer mum to send ya out for the night
Haha Dr Google!! When I went to the GP the other day I said, 'I looked on google, I'm sorry'!!! We're all every type of professional thanks to Dr Google!!!
LMAO... Obviously got her doctor degree in a lucky bag.. LOLMy old doctor used to google everything. I swapped to a different doctor after she tried diagnosing me with some random illness that I clearly didn't have!!
