Hi there! My birthday is coming up and I'm thinking of taking the weekend off for it.. Do you think that it would be silly to do so? And also, I'm wanting to get of TS at end of June, I'm terrified that the weights Gona come back as soon as we start eating again!

I took the weekend off and it was nice to have a break, but it isn't easy geeting back on the wagon - but i did it, so I'm sure you can too! I know what you mean about keeping the weight off when we finish exante, I think that will be the biggest challenge. But I'm determined that I will be able to keep it off. It wouldn't be worth all this hard work to let it all pile back on again!

Thanks Shooedoo.... I'm gonna cross that bridge when i come to it! Don't want to start worrying too much at the moment about having to keep it off - just want to focus on getting it off! Want to get to my first goal and then set the next goal. All of these tips will come in handy so make sure you remind me if them when i get to the finish line!!

Wow 8 lbs to goal...you must feel fab!!!!

Yes feeling good, but a bit bloated today. I'm not sure i'll have much of a loss come Tuesdays weigh in as I had a few days off for my birthday before going back on the wagon last Tuesday. But even a STS or 1-2 llbs off would be good, as long as i'm not showing a gain! I've avoided the scales so far this week. So fingers crossed for the Tuesday weigh in Club! Once I get to 11 stone I need to set my next goal. I think the right weight for my height/build will be 10-10.5 stone.

How are you this week? Have you had a good week?

Not done too bad had a day off as it was oh's birthday, ate and drank!!!

Tried to not go on scales but did weigh after day off which showed a mini loss but also its TOTM this week. Over tomorrow!!

Really need this off now and want to get in 11's x

1st goal - get into 12 stone bracket!! DONE
2nd goal - get into 11's

I have TOTM too... so not holding out much hops for Tuesday and feel bloated but i have been TS since Tues! Fingers crossed at the very least I haven't gained!

Last night tonight. Glugging the water like there's no tomorrow, hopefully it'll be a great result Tuesday. Amazingly for a daily weigher I haven't fetched them out from under the bed since last week! I think it's keeping me on the plan as I don't get demoralised with a daily sts!

Keep it up hun, well done on getting back on track :)

Hope your last night shift flies in! I'm glugging the water with you. To quote you "The more you drink the more you shrink" - haha! Well done for avoiding the scales, I have managed to avoid them too so far! Roll on Tuesday!

Well done 1lb is still a loss (& when you put it in perspective it's 8 whole sausages-imagine them stuck to you somewhere lol!!) I lost 5lbs this week, mega chuffed with that, feels like a milestone shifting that 1st stone! Long way to go but a damn good start! :0)
