So a bit of a tough day yesterday but I managed. Struggled a bit with my water intake, which isn't normally a problem for me. Anyway.... I feel motivated today so fingers crossed all goes to plan! ;-)
 
Hope today went well Laura.

I've been struggling with the water today but need to persevere cos it does impact on our losses x
 
Hi Susie

yes today has been fine. Managed to stick with it and get about 4 litres of water down. Todays problem is that i actually feel quite bloated!! Anyway, determined to stick with it. Once the snow, rain and wind settle down i will get back into my running especially since i have loads more energy now!

No snow here yet & I'm hoping we don't get any. I spend a lot of my day driving from house to house & snow makes it a bit of a nightmare once it becomes frozen.Not to mention slippery pathways :eek:.

Yes I had a good day Susie. Don't feel so bloated which is good and have managed to stick with it so far. Going to have a sneaky weigh in today. It was snowing really heavily yesterday here, roads were a nightmare driving home from work. It's just very slippy outside now with more snow due later! Hope all good with you? ?
 
Hope everyone has had a great weekend so far. I'm trying to keep myself busy today, as I find it difficult not to want to eat something I shouldn't. So i am now in the process of having a good old clear out! I honestly don't know where I accumulate stuff from. Feels good getting rid of old clothes and stuff that is just taking up cupboard space. Will drop it off at the charity shop tomorrow.

I'm also nervous about WI tomorrow! Fingers crossed for a decent loss! ?
 
I'm the same with hoarding stuff Laura. Think I have clothes ranging over 5 different sizes :eek:.

So I weighed in this morning and 4 llbs off!! Less than last week but 12.5 llbs off in 2 weeks, so not bad! Away with work now for 2 days, just need to stay on track! Hope everyone else who weighed in today was happy with result! :)
 
Excellent Greeneyes! My next WI is tomorrow morning. It's worth the stress and self-denial to see the numbers fall x

Thanks all. Just home from being away with work for a couple of days. Had to have dinner with everyone last night and couldn't really whip out my Exante sachet! So i had a greek salad - lowest calories on the menu. Managed to avoid breakfast with them, had a shake in my room before going down to meet and just had coffee and then we all had lunch together - so another salad at lunch time! Its a bit awkward doing exante and socialising!! Hopefully it won't affect me too much... I am back on it!! :)
