Cheers sweetie. I've been a really good girl and very restrained today in work. They sent us all pack up's with butty, crisps, choc bar, apple, drink of pop and i didn't even open the bag. Just had a cold burger n some cheese. Didn't fancy the meat n cheese mix up thing i'd done.
 
Good on you for sticking with it, it must be really testing your willpower at the moment... It's probs just taking a bit longer to adjust from exante... Your menu looks great I can't understand it.

Yeah it seems to be going well now fingers x'd it stays that way!!! Just bought pork loins to have on sunday with leeks in a cheese sauce I'm salivating just thinking about it!!!
 
I feel amazing today!!! Don't know what it is but everything just seems to be working diet wise.. I feel slimmer even though I may not be losing loads... I'm gonna take measurements tonight coz I think I may be losing inches... It's noticeable on my face too. I feel like I can really do this long term, I have the old me back!!
