ive put a little on over xmas but im not worried i know i can have it off before my wedding...i do a mixture of exante and atkins you should look into.exante...its hard but the results are unbelievable

i got a.shawl for my wedding dress and it looks amazing!!! now im not sure if i want my.hair up or down :-(

I dont want to change it too much or it wont be me...not sure still. day one back on exante...had a bar and a coffee for breakfast and i feel ok so far...probs coz i stuffed myself silly yesterday!!

I've put on too, not disclosing weight though until I've been back on track for a week because I'm deperately hoping alot of it is water retention!

How about having up and down done at hairdressers beforehand and take loads of pics so you have time to decide... Bring the head dress to hairdresser and she'll put it on so you get the complete picture ...

And of course you have to stick the photos on here and we can all vote! xxx

head dress?? I dont have any head dress...I tried to make things as simple as possible so I didnt have to cart loads of stuff to cuba...ive got a couple of tiny ivory flowers to use if I think it would do it justice...day one of exante going well so far had two pints of water a coffee and a bar...jo, of course we will have it off in no time...ill probs have my gain off by wednesday as im on exante...all water weight i know but it makes me feel better lol

I bet they have hairdressers at the hotel Laura. See how u feel when out there. Might fancy it up n out the way if it's warm, I know I tend to.

yeah claire they defo have hairdressers.at hotel and I will def get them to do it...its just deciding what I want first lol...it makes sense to have it up but it wont look like me and OH prefers it down :-( dunno will wait and see

Hi laura - lots of choice always good. Must admit i like my hair down all winter but then put it up all summer - personal central heating/cooling system
