i made my own latte just soy milk in a pot with sweetner and coffee and took it off just before the boil...it was divine i felt reay naughty!!
 
yeah just a small saucepan...easy peasy
 
yeah i put about one large tsp coffee in then just kept mixing until it was steaming...it didnt curdle or.anything it was delish
 
another one of my one pan wonders chicken sprouts sliced up and a pepperami chopped up...flung in pan with some herbs and stock and a dollop of creme fraiche!!

Sorry about hijacking your diary Laura... Back to the soya question ... The carton in Starbucks said 2.6g carbs per 100ml... So it's about 5 or 6g carbs for a small cup of latte... I think on special occasions that's ok if kept within the 20g? Do you think? ?
 
As long as it is not every day and the rest of your carbs in the day come from veggies it should be ok imo. xx

Wooooooooooo on the good feeling Laura, tell us more about the dermabration please, I have really big pores and would love something to make them better than they are xxxxxxx
 
yeah i think as a treat it would be ok di...certainly better than cows milk anyway, you should try making ur own latte im having one right now...i didnt put sweetner in it this time and its ok!

bren the microdermabrasion was good my skin feels really smooth and some pores are more refined...im having another one next week the woman said they work well in a course but you can see a difference straight away.
 
Morning Laura... The treatment sounds interesting! Haven't ever had it done before although have messed around with skin buffs in the past at home... How many days now? :) xx
