Hi everyone :)

Well, I was meant to start yesterday, but had a few slip ups with chocolate and junk food so having a fresh restart tomorrow! Been reading my food optimising book in the meantime, and think I've grasped the concept of the plan properly now & should be smooth sailing from here on out - I hope!

OH went to tesco for me earlier today and got lots of fruits and veggies, so I'm all stocked up with superfrees and got some muller lights too cause their on offer 10 for £3 at the moment..

Gonna re-weigh and measure myself tomorrow morning, so will be on in the morning to post my stats! :)
 
Well, for some reason I've been doubting SW is the path for me all day, but after hearing some motivational successes from other SW members on these boards I've decided that I NEED to give it a chance, because it could very well work just as well for me as it has for others!

I'm back in work tomorrow, so with that & the fact it's Monday tomorrow and the beginning of a new week I've chosen to start a fresh tomorrow.

Only thing on my mind is - what on earth do I take to work for lunch? I'm in work from 7am till 3:30pm, so I'll eat breakfast before I leave while I'm getting ready in the morning, but I'm a bit stuck knowing what to take for lunch?

I'm thinking I could take my HEXB all bran sultana bran with fat free greek yogurt on top in a tub to eat along with lots of fruit? Or I could cook an omelette with lots of veggies tonight & take that? But not sure it'd taste that great cold...

Any suggestions?
 
Do you have access to a microwave?
You could take soup or pasta to reheat or have pasta salad cold.
