Well I’m still on track food wise
Today the start of my 2 weeks off has just been general chores, washing, shopping etc and also had to get 2 new front tyres on my car

Well I’ve weighed in and lost 3.8 lbs
I’m happy with that , it’s going in the right direction!
Just need to try and be sensible now for the next 2 weeks!
Today’s food has been good again
Off to Brighton tomorrow with my daughter Donna, looks like the weather will be rain 🌧 … but that’s what umbrellas are for
Going to try not to overdo it food wise
But will try and track it and take pics anyway
Had a fab long day in Brighton with my daughter, walked 18k steps, had burger, chips & onion rings and churros ( shared with my daughter)
Didn’t count calories as haven’t a clue!
Also picked up Donna’s birthday cake I had made for her

Completely lost my way this year - no progress
But am planning on making 2022 “The” year to get myself sorted once and for all - can’t keep going the way I am now
