Hey dude, nice to see another man on here (especially one that started out quite similar dimensions).

I so far have started out very similar in terms of weight loss to you, hope I can match your weekly losses as they would put me right where I want to be by the end of the year.

the before and current pics are awesome too, its like a different person !
 
hey hey you needs to be updating your stats lol :D how long ago did you start mate? so you started about 21st? seriously if you can stick with SS then you will match my losses haha its been a breeze and im on step 3 this week as im moving up because im really close to goal. keep us posted
 
haha im only 9 days in so far so not getting to far ahead of myself on the stats front, though started at 23.08 and am now 22.06 after the first week, though Ill probably be stopping at around 16 stone as I am a historically big wide guy !

though seeing you going for 14 stone 10 is interesting I might need to lower my goal a bit but will need to see how my body reacts when I start training and weights again.

well apparently i should be about 13 stone to get my bmi into the normal range but i havent been 12-13stone since i was 17 and i was a stick lol. My initial goal was 15st2lbs but i decided to lower to under 15st as i kinda want 15st to be my upper limit and im probably going to gain some weight while toning.
 
Yeah at a certain point BMI is worthless to most men so I was never going to follow that recommendation, I think ill just have to see how i goes as I get lower much like yourself I might want to push through to 15 stone, or lower its hard to judge, im not in the shape I used to be (obviously) but it will be interesting to see how quickly I can get back into training and stuff and how that effects it all
 
Weigh in today and im thinking im heading back to step 2 until I reach my goal :) x

So how much more do u want to lose?

I'm on day 6 surprisingly I'm doing great, ive got no willpower whatsoever normally, think cos it's so strict I find it easier it's when there is food about I can't say no! I've got 2st to lose which is nothing compared to what you've lost, hope your really proud of yourself :)

Hey I've got another stone to lose now :) I've just moved back to step 2 so I give myself 3 weeks max till goal :) I'm super proud and all my loved one are to it's a brilliant weight loss plan im so glad I found my CDC she's a star x

Bet it's strange feeling full, how u did 12 wks without food I'll never know lol take my hat off to ya, I could eat a scabby horse tonight feel starving but I haven't drank much water today been having to force it down, bed early for me tonight!

It just becomes the norm lol and im still never actually hungry :) eating is now just something I have to do ha its all about change I guess and now I know I've changed my eating habits as well as my weight x

My CDC said I have to move up to step 2 now cos my BMI has gone into the "healthy" range. To be honest, I'm frightened! I know I've only got 12lbs to lose to goal but I want it to come off quick! I eat chicken virtually every single day on this diet - I'm surprised I'm not clucking by now, lol!

Are you going to celebrate when you get to goal? I reckon you should have a massive party because it's a massive achievement!
 
Haha I celebrate every day :) I'm so happy and I lost 5lbs on my step 2 week so it all good. I keep moving my goal lower as I don't see the point in slowly doing the rest when I can do it all now x

Just off downstairs to make my 1st shake of the evening, capuccino with extra coffee poured over loads of ice, yummy! It used to be a LARGE glass of vino, lol!
