Week 2 was great lost 7lbs and stuck to it!!
Week 3 I stayed the same weight I know exactly why (birthday party and meal out only) just so thankful I haven't gained anything!
Today starts week four hoping for 9-10lbs but won't reach that as having the weekend of Xmas off but I've now found that I can realise when I've had enough and not over eat! Also it's like my brain has switched off the hunger button lol when I think I'm hungry I stop and really think then realise I'm not BIG achievement
My goal was to loose a stone in the first month and I did in the first 2 weeks well on my way to 4stone by March 22nd
