Learning to dance again!!!

Well I have major news this morning!!! I have signed up to walk the Belfast City marathon in May!!!:talk017: I must be crazy!!:silly: So i am gonna have to get my arse in gear and ensure that i keep plodding on with the weight loss cause i dont really fancy carrying this huge behind around a marathon course :8855:lol

I have been quite organised for the past few day with lunches and things this week so i just need to keep up with that and I should be fine.

I am going to see the hunky :heartpump: Mr Cullen tonight!!!! So i have my frozen fruit to take with me for a snack. We will have a chinese for tea tonight but it will be allowed with in my Syns for the day.

Today I will have:
Breakfast - 3 eggs and 2 nimble HXB and a banana
Lunch - Left over rice from last night, pickles and a orange
Dinner - chicken green pepper and mushroom in blackbean sauce (6 Syns) with boiled rice
snacks - HXA milk for tea
Total Syns - 6
Oh very nice, Jamie Cullen, that should be a great night out.

Very busy today so just checking in quickly. Going to try having a green day today.

So I will have:
Breakfast oatbran HXB Laughing cow cheese HXA and cherry tomatoes
Lunch - Spicy veg rice
Dinner - Sw chips and bean with tesco meat free chicken style fillets 3.5 Syns
Snack - HXA milk for tea
HXB HiFi bar

Total Syns 3.5
 
I spent most of yesterday cleaning and amusing my wee son. We had a great wee day together playing games and watching films. I like to make the most of my Saturdays off with him. He goes to his dads every other week so i really only get a chance to spend 2 weekends a month him and i work the Sunday on that weekend. Its no ideal but i guess it has to be done. My and the hubby spent last night trying to sort out all our honeymoon pictures on to a photo-book to be made up. Which is a mean feet in its self considering we still haven't agree on our wedding album yet lol!!

Stuck in work today, its never very busy in work on a Sunday which is good, but its not so good for the wandering hands which like to pick so i have to make sure i have a lot good healthy foods to pick at.
The free time in here though give me time to plan my meal plans for the week, and have a look through all the diaries on here cause i like to read them all they give me lots of tips, motivation and ideas for food and stuff.

Dont know how to feel about the impending weigh in tomorrow night. I will be happy as long as I get my next shinney sticker. A stone in 4 weeks would be brilliant. but I will have to wait and see.

Today I will have:
Breakfast - 2 Wheaten Bread slices (6 syns) But so worth it. Banana and raspberries
Lunch - Mug shot pear and orange
Dinner - Turkey, potatoes, mixed veg, Mash Direct carott and parsnip (1.5 Syns) gravy 3 Syns
Snacks - HXA milk for tea
HXB Hifi bar

Total Syns 10.5
 
Well weigh in again tonight. The weeks seem to be flying in so fast now. I don't think I have lost anything this week. I will be a bit gutted if I haven't but at the same time I will just have to draw a line under it and try not to let it get me too down. I hope i have the willpower to stay on track then all of next week. I don't know what i have done to differently this week maybe i have picked a bit more at things in the house. I also haven't been having my old trustee salad for lunch in work, so maybe i will have to get back to that as well.

Will check in later and report how my weigh in goes.

Breakfast - grapes, raspberries, Hifi HXB and mullerlight
Lunch - Orange, celery and a mug shot
Dinner - Homemade veg soup

Thanks girls i am going to try and be positive!!! I would even be happy with a wee 0.5 lbs so i will keep my fingers crossed!!!

Last nights class was great. we had a lot of girls who were really struggling with sticking to the plan. So a lot of new recipes and ideas where shared. There was even one woman who had a small gain and broke down crying she said her gain was because she was out shopping with her son and a small child came up to her, and said "haha your fat and ugly" She is the most loveliest woman to. She said what hurt her the most was the child was with its mother but she didn't even scold the child. How can some people be so rude and malicious??? What sort of a society is it when we condone our children being rude to others?? Sorry for the rant but this poor woman's story really touched me. I went home after group and treated myself to a mug of coffee and a Freddo bar so I had 5 Syns yesterday. I dont drink to much tea and coffee since starting the plan I have been having have 4/5 cups of green tea a day instead.

I have been trying to start with some body magic this week i went for a walk on my much break yesterday and will probably continue to do so this week for as long as the weather permits me to do so. Guess I need to get used to the walking since 9 miles wont come easy to me.

Today my meal plan is:
Breakfast - Hifi bar HXB, grapes and a pear
Lunch - Homemade veg soup, an orange and celery sticks
Dinner - Sharwood Biryani Tomato and cumin (9.5 Syns for the whole jar but will have it between 3 so 4 Syns for my share) will add extra tomatoes and onions and mushroom and peppers for Free food) with boiled riced

That is terrible, I hate rude people!! Unfortunately you feel like you have to accept the comment from the kid as "they don't know better" but for the mum not to say anything is awful! As a child I would never have dreamt of saying something like that, but I tell you if I had of my dad would have made sure I wouldn't have been able to sit down for a while, if you know what I mean, as well as making me go and apologise! It just seems like being polite is a thing of the past sometimes!!

Anyway back to you....so you have now lost over 6% of your original body weight, that is amazing in 4 weeks!! Big pat on the back for you :) :)

I never even noticed the percentage!! That is really good!!! You could be in infamous club 10 this week then!! That would be amazing!!! I am hoping for another steady loss this week as i know I will struggle the week after considering I am going to Dublin next Friday for the weekend.
 
Well had a brill we start to this morning!! I have just watched my favorite boys on the tv. Westlife are always guaranteed to put a wee smile on my face. No idea what I will do you my tv crush when the finally disappear but until then I have always got the tour to look forward to. Sad I know but I feel like i have grew up with the boys!!! I will admit I did have a wee cry when they announced they where splitting up lol!!

We have been looking at holidays most evening on line this week, i actually think if i see another trip advisor review I might kill my hubby!! What did we do in the days before trip advisor?? I think we might have settled on Bulgaria for 2 weeks at the very end of August so just need to get it booked then I will have something to work towards.

Tonight is a highly exciting night in house Ironing night lol!!! This is quite possible my worst chore I hate it! I suppose though it keeps my hands busy so i cant pick at the sweetie jar lol!!!

I don't often have my full quota of syns but I am going to today as i have this strange addiction to chicken keivs lol!! I have tried to make my own sw version but its just not the same so I have to have the syns for it lol

Today i will have:

Lunch: Homemade soup, celery and an orange
Dinner: Chicken keiv (12 Syns) sw wedges and lots of veg!! Sweet chilli sauce (3 Syns)

I really like the percentage as it shows me the bigger picture which helps give me a little boost!! I know the feeling of needing a loss this week - I am off to Cologne next Tuesday for 4 days for their christmas markets. I can't wait but know I will come off plan for 4 days whicih means an inevitable gain - so if I do join the 10% club next monday I will probably be walking away with my head hung in shame the next week!! Well i will keep my fingers crossed for misses this week. You will love the xmas markets in Germany!!!! I haven't been to Cologne, but I was in the ones in Berlin 4 years ago. They were awesome and just made you feel dead christmassey! There is so much to eat and drink at all the stalls you will have a ball and why shouldn't you!! Its your holiday after all you have done brilliantly well for 7 weeks just don't go to mad and get straight back on plan when you get home. You never know all the walking you do might of set some of the damage.

P.s the mulled wine is amazing!!!!
