Happy Friday Ava!!

your dress is wellllllll nice, you look stunning already, you'll shine at your .....and can I just say you don't look it, 30th!! When's your birthday is it soon? That's really something to aim for & look forward to

Ive ust ordered a load of holiday clothes for October. I've been realistic & gone for size 14, if I hit my goal of 12, most of them are elastic waist to tend to be ok if a size smaller, plus I've 28 days, so let see what my body shape is by then whether to downsize. Although order a 14 is a big leap, before LPG I was edging into a 20!!

I'm feeling great heading into the weekend. My usually tight jeans feel not s'tight today & I can feel slight changes to my bodyshape....nothing that anyone will notice, but enough to keep me focused even after Tuesdays blip. Weigh in Monday ~ whoop whoop!!!

Nice quite weekend for me, hubby's out with work mates tonight, so it's feet up with my LT hot choc . Anything exciting going on in your world this weekend?

Awe I dont look 30!!!! Thank you! Im in love with the dress alright. Size smaller tho. So dieting remains part of my life for another few weeks! My bday not till 8th of August. Party on 9th. Definitely motivation. I call it my trim for thirty mission. Lol

Aw woooooop. You've ordered clothes. Thats an incentive too honey. Isnt it great that u starting to notice the changes in your body. Delighted for you. And it only gets better!!! Good luck for monday that will fly.

Enjoy chill out time tonight. No plans for me yet for the weekend. The boyfriend going to America for 2 weeks tomoro on a lads hol (lucky him) so we wont be hanging out. Oh. I do have weigh in tomoro. Expecting a 2 / 3 lb loss. Wooooop!!

Bummer about your weigh in, but they do say the b nearer you get to your goal weight the slower it drops...... Here's to next week for a biggie

i found today hard. Me & the hubs went to town shopping. Normally when we head into town we always end up grabbing something nice to eat & sink a few (lot) beers.... Instead we came straight home. I've been like a sulky kid all evening as I feel like I'm missing out. We're real social butterflies and always out with friends. I keep swerving invitations as no one knows, but it won't be forever eh & on the flip side, if folk don't see me for ages then they'll deffo notice the change in a couple more months!

I do find I'm shattered by around 10, which isn't like me as a really night owl, is well know with LT to turn us all into sleepy heads?

So, day now without then LBF! How you baring up? Have you it's planned to help time fly?

We even stopped off in one of our fave pubs for a beer (for him) & iced water for me..... It didn't bother me at all, just happy to sit in a social environment taking in the evening sunshine......bliss

I once had an horrendous one & looked like an umpa lumpa for 2 days before it toned down haha! Getting a good one makes you feel,so much better, healthier & sexy....makes you look nice & slim too...although you're already there

Im buzzing tonight as the hub has just come home with last minute tickets to go see James at Castlefield bowl in town....so I'm just about to dash!

Happy Saturday everyone!

its a beautiful day here in sunny manchester, hope it's cracking the flags wherever you maybe!

Lots planned this weekend! Last night went to see the brilliant James at Castlefield bowl.... My first big social event since starting LT 3 weeks ago & it was ace. No one really questioned why I was drinking water, think everyone around me presumed I'd had one beer to many so was on the water ha!! This afternoon we're off to our local park who have a mimi music festival on, then me & the hub are off to a northern soul night tonight, so lots of dancing/exercise to help shift those lbs for weigh in day on Monday! Sunday a long walk to a food festival near by, it really doesn't bother me, I always see facing temptation head on as a real achievement when I don't cave in.... I'll just have to sniff all the lovely armorers in as we saunter around!

i used to hate when my weekends flew by as the dreaded Monday came round, these days I jam pack them so they fly by so I can get to weigh in on Monday!

Eeeeeeh Lipotrim, you don't half change people, not only in shape & size


Oh, another bonus! My lovely chemist let me swap my dreaded flapjack for a different LT sachet, so life is good (it's the little things eh!)

Anyway, have a great day shakers....... I'm off to paint the back garden wall!! Lol
