Leigh's SW journey at home :-)

Good morning,

Up early today, wasn't even 7am! Just when I don't need to be lol, I wonder if this is it for me, I used to be able to lay in all weekend before kids! They are fairly quiet, but my poor neighbour next door is in the greatest of pain, so I hear a lot of noise, not entirely sure what is wrong, my mum thinks it's emphysema, he's elderly although has been fit as a fiddle until the past 6 months to a year, sad hearing him suffer so much through the wall, I'm quite a private person so try not to talk to neighbours too often.

Right, I'm just chilling with a freshly brewed mug of coffee mmmm my weekend treat! With some milk HEXA and will have another

SP day today:
Breakfast - I plan to have beans on toast with light cheddar cheese sprinkled to use up HEXA on top and mushrooms/tomatoes on the side

Lunch I will have plums mixed in with quark today so no syns for that as it's protein and a couple of Alpen Lights to use up HEXB

Tonight I'm going to have roast minus potatoes/yorkshire so that'll be Chicken & Vegetables but I will have gravy so will syn that!

Rest of the syns will be on a little scoop of cookie dough ben and jerrys icecream!

Scales have gone down more - WHOOP!!! So hopefully will be able to share tomorrow morning. I do wonder if doing SP every week would continue to show bigger losses or if my body will freak out and cling on!?!? I plan on doing same again this week coming and see what happens.

Week ahead:
Monday will have wholemeal pasta and chargrilled veg/passata for dinner
Tuesday & Wednesday SP days
Thursday probably the rest of my sweet potato
Friday Pasta again but may use the meat balls I have frozen
Saturday & Sunday SP days

Saturday I'll be at work from 9-6pm! So I need to ensure I'm up early enough to have a nice filling breakfast, probably toast with eggs, bacon or beans or a small amount of all three, will decide on the day! Lunch I need to take in something to keep me going until I get home, so might use all HEXB (SP DAY ALLOWANCE) and make myself a sandwich with a side salad and plums in Quark and a freddo or other little chocolate (don't want to be hungry at work or I might eat everything when I get home), I assume as I'm there all day I'll get a longer break.

Well they are my thoughts and plans for the week ahead haha!
 
Morning, Sounds like a good week, I do think these sp work if you think how healthy ur eating they have got to.

Yeah that's why I thought I'd mix the fruit as it was ok having hot chocolate powder in but not something i'd want often, as I bought quite a biggish tub of it, I would like other options, I have plums in at the moment as they are so sweet and juicy, makes a nice change from expensive strawberries! Might cut up some clementines to have in another day too.

Yes all so exciting, it's nice to see all the effort paid off on the scales eh! Summer is quickly approaching, I want to buy a nice summer dress, even if I can only afford one lol, however I think I'll shop in primark this year so I have a few different dresses and once at target I can spend out on more next year, because I intend maintaining haha.

I quite liked the quark with hot chocolate powder and maderin on top. But I you have to use quite a lot of hot chocolate to get the right taste, so am thinking I'll have it with extra sweetener and fruit instead next week. I don't really have a sweet tooth but as I'm not a mad salad fan I want a few other options as well. So think this will work.

I can't believe how quick summer is coming around. I really want to lose as much as I can before I go on holiday at Easter as that is when my summer begins and I'm going to have to work super hard through the summer months to try and keep losing. We have so much planned this year and I'm not quite sure how the diet will fit in...eek!!

I don't blame you getting bits from Primark, there's no point getting loads of nice clothes if you are only planning on getting a few months wear out of them.

So I was in such a hurry to eat it, I forgot to add cheese and tomato, argh!!! Oh well, may need a few cups of tea today then haha. But, it was soooo yummy!!! Totally recommend this as a breakfast option, why stick with cereal everyday when you can alter and have different breakfasts every day! So that was a late breakfast as I happily took my time, two coffee's later, Angel was asking me to cook, she ate all her egg, left some beans on her plate, so I guess egg is a winner for her! Shayne isn't so keen on either, so just buttered toast for him!

Decided to go all out and have 100g of ben and jerrys, works out 263cal, so I work that out to be about 13, maybe 14 syns, so may go slightly over with syns today because of the gravy, but only just by 1 syn, I fancy a real nice treat!
 
Last time I did Slimming world and this was a size 12 strapless dress, I loved it, bought it in H&M, I gave it to charity in the end as I don't think I would wear it again, shame it wasn't a cute black number I could wear any time lol. But you can see that I definitely lost on my legs and arms , I was about 11 stones I think, so i'd like to get more than that off to get into 8-10 this time :)Me Oct16.png
 
I felt amazing at the time! Sadly not happy in my marriage though...
I wanna fight the men off and set them on their way, really and truely wanna be alone with no complications, I speak to so many single woman, lots older than me and so happy being single. I have tones of plans for my future with the kids and their families if they have some of their own or without on my own or maybe girlie friends if I make some in the same position as me, right now I don't have time for friends lol, sounds mad, just so focused on my kids and working life, when someone suggests meeting up, I tend to make excuses as just don't have the time right now, I'm at that point in my life, but things do change. I can't see myself ever cooking, cleaning or doing things for another man in the future, I've not had luck with finding a decent one, so best I don't put myself in that position again, had too much heartache, I guess you could say I'm allergic to men/love lol. There is a saying!

my doggy is tiny but the way she looks at me, literally melts your heart, no words to describe. I have all the love from her, I'll ever need!

who am I losing weight for then? No man to impress or bothered to impress, just myself, I've always wanted to have more energy, it's slowly coming, just gotta knock the blinking depression on the head, I'll work on that, not that it'll ever leave, but I need to make plans, so I have things to look forward too, to have something to aim for. Also anxiety getting to me too, seems to be getting worse, I just need to stop and take a deep breath.

I have my weigh in at home, before work, so heading to bed, been watching the last call midwife for this year and the karma hospital, both had me in tears, needed a good. Cry, hopefully that's it! I don't really get periods as have coil, but getting a light one today, when I do get it, it can last over a week, so that explains why I've needed extra syns!

sadly no, can't afford it, but we'll think about sun £9.99 holidays next year, changing jobs, reducing hours taken a toll along with healthy eating, Shayne starts secondary school in September so expensive uniform to buy. Things will get better, job is better than I had already!! Getting healthy and losing weight, maybe some days out, lots of picnics in summer!
