I'm up .5 this week!

I had colon hydrotherapy done this week so I'm feeling extremely sluggish since I had it done, and its all down to that and my splurge on weeklys.

There is always next week :)

Its a very very strange feeling I have to say
But right afterwards I was floating on air with relaxation and I was totally zen
I just didn't realise how rough I would feel in the days afterwards

It sounds nice but not so good with feeling rough afterwards,did they say it would affect you like that?

No doesn't really encourage you to go back lol
I always thought it was supposed to help,especially with toilet trouble so to speak!
 
Oh no,did think I'd try it myself one day but I think I will leave it,plus it's quite expensive!

I would like to get it done again, for health reasons!
But it would be when I'm maintaining one day!
It is expensive! Only cheaper if you buy a course, but your still talking about a couple hundred at the least

Yea shame it's so expensive as i've heard it's good for lots of different ailments!

I usually don't touch them and if I do, I make up for it in activity points with the gym and walking to dogs. But the weather has been so horrible that I haven't been getting out with them.

I'm not too phased by the gain. It was bound to happen eventually, and I'm glad it was only small instead of 2lbs or something! Which would have been awful x

I'm looking at sworld recipes at the min to try and cook a little bit healthier!! With herbs etc, instead of jars. My sister in law is doing it and doing well and eats lots of nice foods. I kind of want to get into that habit but not do sw if that makes sense x

Its just hard to break the habit.

I'm stuck in a food rut, sticking to the same stuff.
But no matter what I'm going to look at WW recipe books and I'll post a few

Whats your favourite stuff, meat wise? Pasta or potatoes or what?

I'll have a look at them all and see which ones would be good for you as well :)

I'm going to buy the new sw mag. I like things like cottage pie, currys. Although looking for some nice lunches, with rice and veg to bulk it out. I want to try snd eat most of my points on food not have crisps. What do you like?? X

Chicken and fish are my main staples. Looking for stuff that will be suitable to travel with me when Im working and in uni and doesnt get all soggy and weird!
