Roast Beef (HE)
Yorkshire Pudding (???? syns)

Lunch:
Jacket Potato (Free) with Baked Beans (Free) and Cheese (HEa)

Snack:
Ryvita Minis (HEb)

Dinner:
1 small piece of homemade pizza (4 syns) topped with mozzarella light (HEa) and made with Passata (Free), 1/4 slice chorizo (1 syn), black pepper
1 FF Activia (Free) with 1 chopped banana, some raspberries, blueberries and a clementine (all Free) with 1 alpen light bar crumbled on top (HEb)

I have not been on for a while - so my christmas day food diary is likely to be a hoot.

Must Stop Fannying Around

After a week or so of just fannying around and not losing anything but gaining about 4lbs'ish i have so far managed to stick to plan.
