Let the moaning commence :p

Just booked with a different Personal Trainer - She seems friendlier and replies to me quickly =) £12 an hour! Going to have 2 sessions a week while on Step 2 and then will go down to 1 session a week on SS! Excited! x
 
I was with someone who was £30 an hour but he never gets back to me about times, i'm always chasing him. She was recommended by a friend, she's just started up in her own gym hence the low price! I'm not complaining =) x
 
Im wide awake!! Where did this energy come from? I'd like to sleep.
Reading diaries to hopefully tire me out! x
 
Thinking I've been with the flu :( sore throat, glands are up, headache....you know the drill. Life must go on, as i've got a busy day. Visiting a pre-school, signing up at the docs, picking new carpets, solicitors and then council. Exciting stuff....scales showed 1.5lb off this morn :) thats 9.5lbs in 4 days! x
 
Afternoon dollypops! :D

I had the flu on my second week into the diet. The drop in calories must have really messed with my immune system and I ended up off work for a week. Dying I was! lol!

Hope that doesnt happen to you tho. :D
 
Ah, don't scare me like that! lol..i had glandular fever last time I did CWP, well I was just getting over it after having it for 8 months. I'm sure I can handle this....just :) xx

I've been OK, had a small blip this morning though. I ate a bag of crisps but it's OK i'll work it off later and i'm gonna get over it! Could have been worse i suppose. How about you? x
 
I can't stop thinking about pizza today! Lol! But I'm drinking my water and trying to work through the craving lol x
 
I make a pizza with my eldest every week. Melting cheese is like =p but i know when i get to goal i can go to pizza hut and not look like the fat, greedy one just after the unlimited pizza lol x
 
Your doing great so far, I find that small blips don't matter greatly as long as you get back on plan as soon as possible.

Keep up the good work and resist the lovely pizza :D

Having really restless nights atm so i'm knackered :( hoping it will stop soon c
 
Your losses so far is amazing, well done. Bummer you ate crisps but I am sure you will be back in Ketosis if you drink *lots*.

I'm so excited for tomorrow! Mainly because I've never lost more then my mum on a first week of a diet, she always loses double what i do and for once i think it could be the other way! Bit of healthy competition hehe x
 
ergh, put too much water in my shake and now it just tastes of water :( x
 
First weigh in and lost 9 and 3/4 pounds :) go me! Also lost an inch off my waist, 2inchs off my hips, 2 and 1/4 inchs off my bust, 1 and 1/4 inchs off my arms and 2 inchs off my legs! In total I lost 8 and a half inches! Very very happy with that :) x

super chuffed! Well apart from losing so much in the chest area :( but i'd rather have no boobs then a muffin top so needs must! x
