I do my Sw chips in my actifry, I couldn't cook them in the oven for shizz lol.

Actifry chips are amazing. I bought one just to cook Sw chips lol just replaced oil with fry light and no boiling or turning, the machine does it all lol :D

Good morning! Up bright & early! On a dog walk as we speak ha that's some kind of crazy ass motivation in itself! Ha

I'm on food shopping duty this morning, I'm heading into ASDA about 9 to fill the cupboards again! Gonna get some stuff for quiche and also chilli :) yummmm love making a big pot full that lasts a few days!

Depending how tired I am I'm gonna try doing the gym today too but watch this space!! Xx
 
How do I make the quiche with less eggs? I don't want to make loads, just want to try it first.. I bought a pot of quark yesterday.

Well I do 16 eggs and a full tub! But you can half it just do 8 eggs and half a tub! :)
I've just finished the food shopping I'm shattered already! Wish I hadn't got up so early but couldn't sleep..
The gym is waiting til tomorrow lol! Woops xx

Dinner:

Pack of chilli chicken low fat super noodles with some Bernard Matthews turkey chunks mixed in and a bit of mixed salad on the side (lettuce red cabbage & grated carrot) mmmm!

At work 2-10 so undecided what to take! I think I might take 1/2 tin of baked beans in a little pot along with some quiche I've just made, more superfrees in it this time, peppers mushrooms and tomatoes piled in!
Either that or my other half of the supernoodles cos I made two packs worth...

Plenty of fruit too! Xx

A slab of quiche & half a tin of spaghetti mmmm.
Apple, orange. A shape crumble yoghurt (0.5)
An Alpen light choc and fudge bar (3.5)
And x2 fox's munch biscuits (3)

Taking me to 10 for the day!
I know I said I'd be good but I couldn't resist feeling lousy in general and this **** is making me sick already ha! :(

I count them as 3 anyway lol. I've still got to eat one actually for my second half of HEB.
 
I just split it up throughout the day incase I get peckish. Usually 1 wm bread with breakfast and 1 Alpen light bar. Instead of 2 of each all in 1 go :)

I miss red green days because you get 2 of each healthy extras but extra easy is for me, I enjoy mixing meat rice chips and pasta however I want lol.

With weight watchers sausages at half a syn each, it would be rude not to lol. I probably squeeze that half syn out in the George foreman anyway haha
