Yeah feeling good today! Just tucking into my goodies on my break :)
Going to my mates at 8.30 for a cuppa so I packed some sw quiche and tin of beans so I don't go off plan! Lol x
 
My friend bought me a packet of fruit pastilles too and I've been giving some away! I've had 5 at 0.5 syns each (says a lot of sources through here and google lol) so there's 2.5syns

Well done, if probably synned the **** pack haha. I nearly bought and synned chocolate from the shop earlier but thought better if it :)

I added 5 syns for the fruit pastille rather than 2.5 for them ha! Over synning! Silly Sammy! :p x
 
Lol bonus! I could just eat quiche now.. I could eat anything now haha. Resisting kids chocolate is hard work too.
 
Well I spoilt myself last night and met 15 syns with party rings as a snack ha! I've decided I've actually let myself down good and proper this week :( I know I have and I know ill have gained!

Gonna try and be a better person next week fresh and get back on it 100% Monday after my great weekend... I'm not gonna go all mad and hit the takeaways but if I don't agree to missing weigh in this week ill sicken myself off to bashing every form of food possible all weekend out of the thought 'well I've done the damage' :(

Tomorrow! I think ill skip it because otherwise I think I might spoil my weekend!!
I basically had vodka last Friday... The Saturday was fine, the Sunday I had lots of chocolate, biscuits & a 10 inch ASDA make ya own pizza!

Then Monday I had a good day, went to my friend's and ate ice cream & some crumpets!
Tuesday swimming and great day eating, yesterday the gym and good all day then I had party rings, and also milky bar so I probably went over I just don't wanna count them :(

I just feel bloated & sluggish today! I've got work 3-10.45 tonight so I'm not gonna go anywhere just straight to bed and trying to get a workout in tomorrow & Saturday before Sunday and my day out on the vodka! Tbh I feel like limiting myself to a 35cl and making it last ha.

Sorry for blabbing! I'm just a bit obsessed with weight but it doesn't stop me scoffing my face!

I feel the same, I'm obsessed but still have massive binges. I've had a similar week to you but about to head to weigh in as if I don't I know my weekend will be even more out of control....

You have done some good exercise so with a good day today you might get a small loss or even a STS? Don't write it off yet! X

Awww thanks chick haha nice when people put a positive spin on it! Just when I get going there is no stopping me! My sweet tooth is ridiculous it takes over me :(

Dinner: SW quiche, new potatoes & baked beans.
Orange & an apple.
Diet coke.

Tea: chicken pasta pot shot (1/2), x2 steamed veg bags.
Orange, pineapple, strawberries.
Banana & custard mullerlight.

Syns: 0.5/15

Did u stick to 15 last night though? You should be fine if do, sometimes I use all of mine too.

Don't worry too much you look fav as you are, your allowed to have days off, Sw is not a law, more like a way of life the majority of the time so don't beat yourself up. You will get there eventually :)

Yeah I did but Sunday I definitely exceeded so many!
I love SW so much but when I have a bad day it's enough to be a bad week ha.
I'm just gonna stick with it! The more negatively I think about it, the more I'm gonna hammer the chocolate and cakes tbh lol.
I think the best thing to always think after a binge is 'today's a new day' xx
