I have had enough of being fat!! I had been going to a ww class each week and decided it was time to start doing some exercise too so joined the gym. It was then getting too pricey to do both so i figured i could pay to go to the gym / exercise classes and do ww from home myself. This hasnt really been working and i have been cheating loads so i want some place that i can write everything down that i eat to keep track and hopefully ill loose the weight quicker than i have been. Im doing both no count and smart points and tomorrow is going to be my new day 1........

Weighed myself this morning and my start is 11st 3lb :(

No count

Breakfast - Mini shreddies, skimmed milk

Lunch - pork pie (baaaaaad piggy but they got brought into work) - Not sure on the smart point value but i think it may be a lot!!

Tea - jacket potato, tuna, salad, beetroot, cottage cheese

Snack - skimmed milk for coffee, banana x2, satsuma x2, apple

Exercise - 45 mins Body Combat
