Hey hun - found you! Pretty sure that that tablespoon of beans won't have pushed you out of ketosis. If you wanted to check u could get some ketostix but I really don't think you need to worry :) Some people can go up to like 60 - 70 g of carbs and still be in ketosis and there's no way the beans would have had enough carbs to push u above 70 g! Good u know it was the coke zero and gum tho that made u hungry like that - u can avoid it next time. Easier said than done hey! When's ur next weigh in hun? xxxxx Have a good day! xxxx

Eh, I just felt SOOO guilty. But I think I'm okay lol. Lucky them! Really dunno if I'm carb sensitive but I guess black eyed beans aren't that bad. It's not chocolate - thank heaven!
Thanks hehe. I'm not chewing as much. And no coke zeros in sight !! Very much so. We say we'll do things, then do something else or procrastinate!!
Tomorrow next weigh in ! Will update results. Worried it'll be low :/

Lost 2.6lbs exactly. Bringing me to 14st 8lbs. (Last week 14.10.6lbs). People usually lose 3-4lbs!! I'm annoyed :/
 
So I got the new flavours today! Mango shake and yoghurt lemon bar. Trying the yoghurt lemon bar tomorrow. Tried that mango shake now and it tastes okay... Not amazing, but not bad. Reminds me of solero ice cream!
3litres down, 1 shake to go!
 
Also got my nails done! Decided to treat myself for sticking to it this long. Promised myself I'll follow through till the very end so that's what I'm doing! Really want to see the 13s soon :( Hopefully the next couple of weeks does it.

SHAMEFULLY ADMITTING TO CHEATING! I really don't know what happened. *sigh*
Got home yesterday and was alone in the house, which is rare as there are always many people coming in and out!
Run down of the night:
Had this chickpea,spinach,potato thing with tomato sauce. Quite a lot of teaspoon full's to start with. Didn't stop there..
Then had 2 boiled eggs with asparagus(SS+ approved but still had it on top of not approved foods)
Then munched on a few small things.. Some crunchy bread pieces and crackers.
BUT.. Got sick (NOT INTENTIONALLY!!) - I think something in that chickpea thing didn't agree with me :/ so just dehydrated and went to bed. Vomited in the morning too. Must have been bad food, I don't know..
THEN... Today was out at meetings with colleagues, we went to a pizza place... I had a vegetarian 11" pizza. FEEL SO BAD!!!
Then at home...
-Chocolate bar pieces, 3 slices of bread. 1 cheese slice and strawberry j sandwich, the singular bread with butter. A potato salad, about 3'table spoons of it. Spoonful of choc mouse, half an almond croissant, half a Bakewell tart.. Hmm and oh! Two small packs of salt and vinegar crisps!! All down with 2 mini cans of sugar free 7up and half a can of diet Pepsi.

FEEL SO ASHAMED. RUINED EVERYTHING ARRRRGGHHHH STRESSING OUT. Probably put back on a million lbs!!! I don't want to even look at the scale I WANNA CRY!!
 
100% back on track today. Will post back later to confirm it :D
Tomorrow will be an SS+ day for me though, because I'll be going round my family's house for a BBQ. Sticking to chicken or boiled eggs and salad. Nothing else.

Out of ketosis 100% so preparing for the worst today. But I know it'll be worth it. Need to lose all those carbs so will be upping intake of water and will exercise a tad more. 30min walk, 30-40mins on elliptical machine.
Good luck me! Totally in the right mind set. Putting what happened behind me. I know that many people on this diet have these bad days and have pulled through right to the end. Can't let this have a knock on affect for me.

Okay. Promise for the day -
+DO NOT WEIGH MYSELF. (Do not want to see the damage)
+3.5-4litres of water to be consumed.
+Have all 3 shakes and NOTHING ELSE!
+Smile, for the fact that I'm back in control, and back on the diet :)

Yep. Totally on the ball! Been 100% SS today so far.. Getting back into ketosis so these couple of days are a little tough. Fighting through though. :)

Planning to walk in the local part for 1 hour a day now, since the weather is lovely! Going to build up to jogging, then running. Can't wait!!

I feel like my fiends have kind of.... Abandoned me. I'm always the one to text them first and make effort. I don't feel like they're making any effort to talk to me, and getting on with their own lives, and have forgotten about me. *sigh*
Probably childish to think this, but I can't help myself!
 
I'm finding it more and more difficult to stick to this diet. Losing my drive! Ended up nibbling on naughty things last night, which definitely took me off the path to ketosis. Feel so ashamed! Where is my will power?!!!
Worried that I won't be able to stick to this diet, and put all the weight back on now. And I barely started!!! Need to focus today. Like, no excuse!! Will be taking a long walk after work today to make myself feel a little better. Hope I haven't done too much damage on the scale - but probably have since it's been about 4 days of not following diet properly.

I'm an idiot.
 
You're not an idiot! It's really hard and we all have weak moments! Try and think of your goal and how good it will feel x

Just woke up. Got my motivation back!!!! Aiming to be 100% day and do a fair bit of walking today. I love being in the bubble of ketosis hope it's not long till I'm back in the swing of things!!!! So, only a week behind schedule. Was supposed to weigh yesterday but CDC off on holiday so will be weighing next week. Don't wanna see the damage I've done so staying off scales till then!

Week 1
start weight: 13.5ilbs 5 ft 5

Day 3.5 today and it unfortunately works out as weigh in day. next week will be s proper 7 day gap. I'm turning 40 in three weeks today. so there is a massive incentive short term. I'm also on holiday that week

Honestly, I've been avoiding this for a while. Been off plan for 2 weeks now. Struggling to restart! Don't want to see damage on scales :(
If I just complete ONE day, I know I can follow through.

So disappointed in myself. Can't believe I've given up this early. I need to write off these cheats behind me. Be 100% till August before holiday.

Don't want to come back on here saying I cheated again. Need to come back on here saying I've completed day 1 restart 100%!!!!

Here goes... Again...
