Hmm so i gained 1/2lb. Have been off plan for 2 weeks as been stupidly busy etc and was expecting a5lb gain but had a lovely suprise when the scales only said 1/2 on This was on Thursday.
Ive been to Southampton to see some friends this weekend and so had an awful couple of days with food but my plan is to get straight back on it tomorrow and have 4 100% days and just try to get the 1/2 lb off.
had some tought weekends and still have a few as got so much planned and i really do find it hard to stay on plan when im having fun
If anyone could help me out in this department that would be great
