Hi anyone have any ideas for a topping for my scan bran cake

2 eggs
5 scan bran
2 tbsp coffee
2 tbsp nutella

I dont have any quark I do have yoghurt eggs and options plus other stuff let's see if anyone can get creative...

i have not tried scan bran.Been told its hard to eat

Well I dont like it on it's own but if you make it into a cake or ferrero rocher it is nice and I believe speeds up weight loss

If it was just chocolate I would do something banana topping like. It might work with a more coffee tasting mixture

Quark mixed with vanilla and a little sweetener or sugar, spread on top of cake with fresh fruit
