(hope it stays like this! - Hehehehhe!) For Day 2 I had - B - 2 sausages (same as above), 1 egg, 3 bacon and a slice of halomi (sp?) grilled. L - The 1 remaining burger I made from the night before with spinach and lettuace D - 1 rib eye steak, spinach, sliced green runner beans. I hope I'm going in the right direction? Is it possible to have too many greens like spinach?

Jim Big Boy 16 March 2009 #43 Well when I was new on induction I always measured my veggies and carbs very closely, but later as I gained confidence I did eat large salads and stuff. But every ones different if you keep losing then you are doing it right Dan.
