Good luck :) make sure you have all 3 shakes even if you don't feel like it , try blending them with ice - makes them nicer but also lasts a little longer...!

Good day then re-wind!! What day have you just done?
I made soup for my tea but threw it down the sink, it was vile (vegetable).... I like some of them but not others. I'm seeing my new CDC tomorrow for a weigh in and to replenish stock so I can stock up on the stuff I know I like.

AND I drank 4 litres today, and three were at work. I am so thirsty!

( and please don't say you're not important ;-).....
 
yea...the soups are my least fav thing...quite liking the porridge though. i think am gonna swap the soups on my weigh in on friday

I have been managing okay to get three shakes down everyday...had 4 on saturday and sunday with no meal.

not hungry at all..day 6. feeling unbelievably stressed at work...with client work to hand in really soon...feel like i need to comfort eat to make things better...trying not to think about it :(
 
Okay so on my 6.5lb in my first week, which isn't bad...but last year on ww i lost 5lb in my first week and i actually ate solid foods, of course the weight loss did slow down...also my consultant has recommended i go on 1000kcal a day as I travel frequently for work...im not sure what to do. I either stick out the 1000kcal on this or just try and eat healthy with out the milkshakes...really not sure :(
