I am feeling totally rubbish to be honest, I don't feel motivated, all i keep thinking about is naughty things and it doesn't help that i had a sneaky weigh in this morning and it says I have gained 2lb? Which is probably the cause for this mood and the prime reason why you should only weigh once per week grrrr. Just have to hope it wooshes away this week before Thursday.
