Yeah I'm going to do a really long reefed, I was thinking of maybe replacing one meal pack with a proper meal for say two weeks, then replace another meal pack for another two weeks and then maybe do a month or more of oatmeal for breakfast (because I'm really not fond of any low carb breakfasts!)
My real issue the last time (I don't mention it much because I'm mortified) when I lost 8 stone on another vlcd, the day I came off it I was making big pasta dishes because that's genuinely what I believed was healthy -the food pyramid etc!
I'm really starting to believe in the low carb way now, but there are so many options out there I'm a bit baffled by them all!
