Queenie - I am using a book called "Vegetarian Cooking and Vegetable Classics" by Roz Denny & Christine Ingram. Can recommend it but couldn't tell you where I got it! It has been sat in the cupboard a while and only got it out since starting back on SW.
Day off yesterday from SW. Great night out with friends, lots of dancing on tables :banana dancer: so I am hoping the body magic will outweigh the yummy food. Hey ho, I will know come WI.
