Haha that's very true. Yes that's the one. It's lovely in there. Just the smell as you walk in and they will blend it for you and you can buy it in bags or loose or whatever you want. it's not cheap but really quite fun!

I had an off day yesterday. I think it's because I go back to work next week so I'm cramming some socialising in and inevitably that comes with food. However it's never as bad as I imagine in my head and I'm back on it inbetween times so that's the important thing. For me not to spiral. I can feel the urge but am able to ignore it I feel I have come a long way!

That's exactly what I tell myself but I have a slightly obsessive personality and hate not doing things 100% so it's quite a test to actually let go once in a while. Once I'm back at work I will also be super good because I'll have what I take to college and nothing else so no excuses and I will be on my feet a lot so rack up the exercise even if it's just walking around a lot!

Yes it definitely is it's feeling a lot more like it used to although some areas of the forum are still quiet and people are appearing and not hanging around. I think it's because the main page isn't very busy.

Haha yes it took me a beat to work it out haha. I have thought of changing my username recently too actually. Not sure what to although fatgirlslims would be the obvious one and seems to exist. I've been Lickthelid for so long though that I'm not sure.

I took my daughter and her friend to the park today and we walked there and back to help the body magic. Pushchair added some resistance. I'll do some hooping tonight. I know what you mean about being home and eating though. It's easier if I am away from the cupboards!!

But the thing is it's not my biscuits it's OH's. Think I will put them in the car so I can't eat them.

They are easy just to break in half and put in mouth while painting. Can't do that with a bit of fruit. Should of planned ahead and got some snacky things prepared.

Booo to summer being almost over, I do love winter though. My daughter will hate it, she wants to go to the Park and be outdoors all the time.

Your all so good at updating your diaries, I never feel like I have much to share and find recording my food a bit boring, as I already track it in a food diary. So I just pop on when I feel like it and catch up. It's good to see it busier though, it's a great support.
