I'm glad you enjoyed group, and it's great that your consultant recognised your previous achievements!
On a side note, someone at my group last night mentioned the "but muscle is heavier than fat" thing (they had gained but joined a gym!), and I thought the consultant was going to spontaneously combust! He has obviously had to explain this many times before!
Ha, the "lady who weighs" at my group has little stickers, and my inner four year old loves them - I got one that said "excellent work" last night!

No. 9: one meal off plan does not mean you need to blow the diet. It may have a temporary effect
Ooh number 10: YES you can drink/eat dirty maccy d's/have costa/ eat candy floss and generally enjoy life but NO You can't do it every week/night/meal and expect to lose weight steadily. Unless you are an addict then these are CHOICES you make. Wants rather than needs. I NEED to lose weight. I don't NEED a packet of hula hoops. Although, to be fair, green and blacks 70% with burnt toffee is actually listed in article 41 of the human rights act. So that's ok. (That's not true. Article 41 relates to the fixed tenure of judges in the ECHR - yes you can put me down as your phone a friend. Specialist subject : "crap no normal person needs to know")
It's a mystery why some people are like that and others eat normally and never even think about it. I guess we all different and similar at the same time
