I thought I was being good buying Lidl Green Grocers Frozen Vegetables Mexican Style but when I opened the bag I noticed the vegetables were coated with spicy seasoning. I assume this means theres syns involved but I have no idea how to calculate the damage I've done!! (I had 100g from a 750g bag and they were delish by the way!!)
