You will have 4 foodpacks a day and will drink water / fizzy water / black tea / black coffee / peppermint tea. No other food or drink. You can space them through the day so eating every 4-6 hours should be ok. The first week is tough as you are getting into ketosis. Ketosis means that your body depletes itself of much of its stored carbohydrate and by keeping carb intake quite low it goes into fat burning mode. Whilst in ketosis your appetite is suppressed. Getting into ketosis can be difficult for some people though.
You do need your doctor to fill out an initial forum and then to have your blood pressure checked every 4 weeks.
