Breakfast: 2 weetabix (HEx B), milk (HEx A) & a banana (superfree)

Lunch: Homemade vegetable soup (0.5 syns), baked potato (free), cheese (6.5 syns), apple & pear (superfree), sugar free jelly (free)

Dinner: Lamb steak with pea & mint crumb (3.5 syns), boiled potatoes (free), carrots & swede (superfree)

200ml grape juice (4.5 syns)

Total syns: 15
 
Back to EE today, so:

oh dear. yesterday did not go at all well... I had to go shopping, and by the time I was done it was nearly 7pm, and I was really not in the mood for cooking! so we had chinese. then today we had lunch at mum-in-laws. not sure this bodes well for weigh-in 2moro! will be lucky if i sts, but am expecting a gain. best get back on the wagon!! had to many syns already 2day, so will just have my dinner later, and some fruit.

This week, I'm going to try the countdown of syns over the week. Today was an extra easy day:

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs (free), banana (superfree), yoghurt (1.5 syns)

Lunch: 4 ryvitas (HEx B), cheese (HEx A), apple (superfree), sugar free jelly (free), 15g pringles (3.5 syns), mini breadsticks (3 syns), cupcake (5 syns)

Dinner: 2 spring rolls (11 syns), pork chop (free), savoury rice (2 syns), green beans (superfree)

Another EE day

Breakfast: porridge oats (HEx B), milk (HEx A), sweetener & jam (1 syn) and a banana

Lunch: baked potato & tin spaghetti, apple & kiwi

Dinner: 2 spring rolls (11 syns), tomato pasta 'n' sauce, made with just water (free), broccoli & green beans (superfree)

Looking forward to 2day. Having a beginners class in zumba this morning. so excited, but nervous...

really enjoyed zumba yesterday. got a pedometer too, so now I can make sure I up my steps.
today I've already been bad... 2 snack size crunchies (4 syns each), and 3 mini bags biscuits (6 syns each)... so 26 syns used already today. Must try harder for the rest of the day. So my plan is:

I weigh in on Sunday mornings, so 19 syns left between 2 more days, so hopefully will b ok.

19 should be doable over 2 days. I was just a bit concerned if this was day 2 or someting and you had to eke them out for a whole week. :D

I suppose the upside of that is you would have had the bulk of the week to claw it back. :D

OK I'll shut up now cos this isn't even making sense to me :rolleyes: and I'm the one thinking it.
