Hi all :waves:

I'm starting Slimming World tonight I am aiming to get down to 10st 7lbs. I weight about 14st 7lbs but will find out exact weight tonight. I hope to help and support others on here during our weight loss journey.

Also the reason I have been spurred on to loose weight is due to recurrant miscarriage and i'm hoping loosing weight will give me the best possible chance next time xx

Well, I did it. I joined!!
I'm 14st 10.5lbs!! My goodness, I am so so glad I have made this step
So here is to my first week! I already have a question to those who may know, how many syns is low fat humous?
Not yet had a chance to register online so hoping someone may know off the top of their heads xx

Ok so this is my first day! It's a green one for me.
Youghart - 3 syns
1 x pepsi max
Pasta with tomato's, mushrooms, courgette and fry light

Not too sure what to have for dinner yet....maybe a veggie omlette

Ok, day 2. I made the scott eggs out of the magazine last night. They are chilling in the fridge so will cook them up today and post a pic later on how they turn out Red day for me today xx
