Evening Mel, not had a busy weekend but it's been ok
Tomorrows food.

Breakfast - Toast(HexB) 10g Flora Light(1.5) 2 x Kiwi's, Apple
Lunch - Tuna Salad (Lettuce, Onion, Tomatoes)
Dinner - Chicken Topped With 'Pizza' (Tomato Puree, Cheese(HexA), Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, Salad)
Snack - Curly Wurly(6)
HexA - 40g Low Low Cheese
HexB - 1 Slice Wholemeal Bread (800g loaf)
Syns - 7.5

i have gone curly wurly mad recently, i love them!
I think, looking at your diary as an example, i'm not eating anywhere near enough :-( It's hard tho cos money is very, very tight and to be honest some days i just don't feel like it. Like today,i was hungry before lunch, had a jacket potato with beans and cheese and for the rest of the day i've felt full, i quite often have to force myself to eat..... Not good really!
I was just like you when i started SW, i kept looking at other people's diaries and thinking the exact same. Don't force yourself to eat something just for the sake of it if you don't feel like it.. it'll only make you not enjoy the plan and it's a plan you should enjoy.
My food diary is nothing to go by, i don't usually eat much either but tomorrow is just a packed day of food because it's the weekend and i don't have a distraction.
Do you have your healthy extra's?
I had one A which was the cheese and one B which was a weetabix oaty bar. I did think we were only allowed one of each until yesterday when i learnt we were allowed more which was great! Lol. I've also had 2 mullerlite yoghurts and 1 clenentines and a small can of cheap lager. Thank you so much for answering, i'm so glad i found this forum, i am learning loads
I love this forum too, it's been a total godsend for me. I would be lost without it now!
Just try to eat as much as you can, fill up on free/superfree foods and you'll be on your way

I'm sure you're eating plenty Hun if you don't feel hungry. Have you got a diary? I love the forum too, I don't think I'd have understood the plan so much without it! Do u add all the toppings to raw chicken and out it in the oven or what!? X
some do it raw but i can't stand to do it, makes me feel sick so i just do it when it's cooked and pop it back in the oven for about 5-10 minutes x
Thanks I think I will do it like that too - raw food freaks me out so try to touch as little as possible!!
Plus I always check my chicken is cooked thoroughly and the toppings may make that hard to do!! Lol xx

oh I keep meaning to try the pizza chicken, I think I'd cook the chicken first too, as I'm funny with chicken being cooked properly also.
it's really nice, i put quorn pepperoni on mine last time and it was sooooo nice! x
