I agree 100% to. Losing weight is hard & not Smoking I would say is tougher. Your combining the two. That takes guts. I need to quit smoking to but decided that losing weight takes priority first. Then once I am at goal will stop. Then if I put on weight whilst I stop then I know I can lose that extra weight again. Well done.
Hey, you can't change things now, but as you've said, you can learn from them. Hopefully you'll be back in ketosis and sipping the shakes again. You've done so well, you should be really proud. I know exactly what you mean about when you don't visit the forum, i'm the same, it's a brilliant place to keep reaffirming why I want to do this. Good luck and keep going!
