Hello everyone,
Today is my 3rd day of Lipotrim. Biggest complaint is awful headaches usually in the late afternoon, but otherwise ok. I'd love any advice or encouragement others would like to share. For the first time, I'm not discussing my 'diet' with friends/family - just doing it. But, I stumbled onto this forum and thought what a great way to talk to other like-minded individuals. After all, people generally get bored hearing about your weight loss drama (unless they are in the same boat), and most of my friends are quite fit.
I'm starting out at 314lbs (22st4lbs), 5ft8", 47 years old, have a goal of 11st - and am finding it easier each day to actually announce my weight (as if I could hide it!). I think it was harder for me to go to the chemist and let them weigh me, with the understanding that I have to repeat that humiliation EVERY WEEK - than to begin TFR. Honestly, I've simply had enough and am incredibly unhappy being fat.
Like many others who have a yo-yo past, I've tried loads of diets, products, supplements, hypnotherapy, and simple healthy eating & exercise. Yet here I am. My head was so full of the years of weight loss facts, tricks, and tips that I found myself on overload. True to form, I've researched Lipotrim exhaustively and am grateful to have found this forum.
I am 100% committed to Lipotrim TFR 100%... And am committed to radically changing my life.
