Slim for Summer
Hi
I have done slimming world twice before once to class and once alone in 2012. I lost 1stone 7lbs the first time and a further 5lbs the second time. I just couldn't stick to it.
I am a vegetarian so stick to Green Days only,
Unfortunately, I put most of the weight back on and I am now back up to 12st 9lbs.
I would like to get down to 10st 7lbs.
I started back at slimming world group on Monday 7th January 2013
Monday 7th January
Breakfast - fat free yoghurt, apple, grapes and 2tsp honey(2syns)
Snack-
Dinner- Spag Bol - quorn mince, passata, onion, mushroom, peppers, pasta. Extra virgin olive oil(hexB), 2 babybell(hexA)
Snack- protein shake(6syns), clementine, banana
Tea- 3 egg omelette, mushroom, 2 babybell(hexA), beans
Snack-apple
Syns- 8. 8/105
Gym- weight training and cardio
