Lisa's 3rd time lucky Green Day diary

Saturday 19th January

Breakfast-
Snack-
Lunch- jacket potato, beans. Cheese(AA) salad
Snack
Tea- Chinese buffet(was too bad, had soft noodles, mushrooms, stir fry veg, a couple of prawn crackers, then / mini cheesecakes and a pancake with melon)
Snack-

Gym- 1.5 hours cardio and weights. Also going sledging and snowball fighting ha. It was sooo fun :)
Syn- 30 wasn't that much but rather overestimate

Lunch- Quorn chicken, passata, onion, pepper, pasta, cheese(AA)
Snack- wotsits(6.5), SW quiche cottage cheese, egg, pepper, mushroom, onion
Tea- fruit bag apple and grapes, fruit pot melon and grapes, quavers(4.5)
Snack- cheesy pasta on the go mugshot(2.5)

Gym- rest

Hi... Nose away :) the protein shakes are just for muscle repair, they aren't bulking ones. I do alot of weights and they stop my muscles from aching. When you train muscles naturally tear and it just helps them recover faster so I can train again the next day. Plus I'm a veggie so I only get my protein from eggs really :) costly syns though :( xxx

Hmm - I've just started doing Body Pump again but that's the only extended weights sessions I do (others classes just have a short bit of weights in). Might consider it if feeling achy afterwards on a regular basis. Ta. :)
