Saturday 19th January
Breakfast-
Snack-
Lunch- jacket potato, beans. Cheese(AA) salad
Snack
Tea- Chinese buffet(was too bad, had soft noodles, mushrooms, stir fry veg, a couple of prawn crackers, then / mini cheesecakes and a pancake with melon)
Snack-
Gym- 1.5 hours cardio and weights. Also going sledging and snowball fighting ha. It was sooo fun
Syn- 30 wasn't that much but rather overestimate
