Ok I have been a bit lazy on here recently but have been living at the gym as I am on easter holidays. Really pleased as lost 3.6 lb last week and 3.6 lb this week, in total now I have lost nearly 11 stone and have 4 st to go.
Not much on at my gym over Easter in the classes so I will have to push myself in the x trainer. I'm a bit gutted I can't go jogging at the moment but my shin is really sore and I don't want shin splints.
I signed up for this years race for life, in so nervous, jogging with so many people, I still feel so self conscious but I guess I need to brave stuff like this!
