Ok so I've been creeping around on this site for a while now and thought it was about time I started my own food diary. I'm hoping this will help me back on the wagon after falling off over Xmas!

Breakfast

2x Weetabix- 3pp
Slimline Milk- 1pp

Lunch

2 slices of bread- 5pp
Low fat spread (tiny amount)-1pp
1 slice wafer thin turkey- 1pp

Will update the rest later! Would really appreciate tips or help with pointing!

Going to the cinema now so decided to keep dinner low just incase I am tempted!
